Judicial auctions Marvin tankers
ROTTERDAM, September 2021,
The chemical tankers MARVIN FAITH and MARVIN CONFIDENCE have been under arrest in the port of Rotterdam since September/October of last year. Klaassen Advocaten represents the ship agent for both vessels. Both vessels will go up for auction on Friday 24 September 2021 at the District Court of Rotterdam. The auction will take place on behalf of the crew, who are being represented by law firm Wybenga Advocaten. The judicial auctions will take place back to back via a so-called “Dutch Auction”.
